Meg Newman, Chief Human Resources Officer

Meg Newman joined Keurig Green Mountain (Keurig) as its Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2017. In this role, Meg oversees all aspects of Keurig’s talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee communications. 

Meg is an accomplished leader with more than 20-years of experience across all disciplines of Human Resources. She comes to Keurig from Home Depot Supply, an $8 billion industrial supply company with over 15,000 employees, where she served as Chief People Officer. Meg helped guide Home Depot Supply through a decade of transformation including numerous mergers and acquisitions, strategic divestitures, and an IPO in June 2013. Prior to Home Depot Supply, Meg held key Human Resources roles in Conseco Insurance and Sears Roebuck & Company.

Meg holds a BA in Psychology from Coe College and a MA in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin. Newman is a member of the HR Leadership Forum, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the National Association of Wholesalers-Distributors.
