Technology Rotational Program
This three-year program immerses participants into the Technology and Operations functions at Keurig, providing a series of challenging rotational assignments which give insight into engineering technologies, business processes, and cross-functional operations while developing vital business relationships that last throughout participants’ careers. Rotation departments include Packaging (Primary and Secondary, Line/Operations, Quality), Product Development (Process, Appliance, Portion Pack and Quality), Product Innovation (Cold and Hot), and R&D (Beverage and Appliance). Participants are hired into a Technology home department and will rotate up to three times between departments for a total of 4-6 assignments. After successful completion of the program, participants will be assigned to an open role in their home department.

IT Analyst Rotational Program
This three-year program will have three different rotation assignments to provide exposure to cutting-edge technology as well as to Keurig business leaders and executives. During each rotation, program participants are deeply immersed in strategies that provide direction toward the desired future state of IT at Keurig. Participants will work with all levels of the IT leadership group and assist with a wide range of analytical processes to develop knowledge and skills in the critical areas of Application Management, Business Process, Program Management, Security, and Architecture. After successful completion of the three-year program, participants will be assigned to an open IT position within the company compatible with their career interests.

Manufacturing Leadership Rotational Program
This fourteen-month long rotational program offers different assignments within the manufacturing function. During each rotation, program participants are deeply immersed in the daily life-cycle of pod manufacturing including coffee processing and roasting, packaging, safety and quality, maintenance, and product planning and distribution. Assignments are available at six of our North American manufacturing locations: Vermont, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, California, and Quebec, Canada. After successful completion of the rotational program, participants will be considered and assigned to roles such as: Roasting Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor and/or Distribution Supervisor in preparation to be future manufacturing leaders of tomorrow.
